Services

Complex Trauma & PTSD

Complex trauma doesn't always look like what you see in movies. It can be the result of chronic childhood adversity, emotional neglect, relationship abuse, or years of living in environments that weren't safe. In our work together, we'll go at a pace that feels manageable — building safety and understanding before moving into deeper processing. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches to help you make sense of your experiences and reclaim your sense of self.

This work may be right for you if you experience: emotional dysregulation, hypervigilance, flashbacks or intrusive memories, difficulty trusting others, shame, or a persistent feeling of being "broken."

Anxiety

Anxiety is exhausting — the constant worry, the "what ifs," the body that won't calm down. Whether your anxiety shows up as generalized worry, social anxiety, perfectionism, or panic, we'll work to understand what's driving it and build real, lasting tools to manage it.

This work may be right for you if you experience: excessive worry, avoidance, difficulty making decisions, physical symptoms of stress, or feeling like you can never fully relax.

Grief/ Loss

Grief is not just about death, though I hold space for that too. It can be the loss of a relationship, a sense of identity, a homeland, a version of yourself, or a life you thought you'd have. Grief rarely moves in a straight line, and it doesn't have a timeline.

I offer a space where grief doesn't have to be wrapped up or resolved — just witnessed, processed, and slowly integrated into how you move forward.

This work may be right for you if you are: grieving a death or relationship loss, processing cultural grief or displacement, mourning a major life change, or struggling to function in the aftermath of loss.

Depression

Depression can look like sadness, but it can also look like numbness, disconnection, low motivation, or going through the motions of life without really living it. We'll work together to understand the roots of your depression and build strategies that help you move toward the life you want.

This work may be right for you if you're experiencing: persistent low mood, loss of interest, fatigue, hopelessness, or difficulty functioning at work, school, or in relationships.

South Asian Identity & Cultural Stress

This is work I feel particularly called to. The South Asian experience involves layers that mainstream therapy often misses: intergenerational expectations, immigration and acculturation stress, cultural stigma around mental health, family dynamics, racial identity, and the experience of living between two cultures.

You don't have to spend half your session explaining who you are and where you come from. I already understand much of the context — and I'm here to help you navigate it.

Self-Concept & Self - Worth

Questions around "Who am I?" and "Am I Enough?" are important to explore, and deserve support. We can collaboratively unpack and explore what shapes your self-concept and work towards alignment with your authentic self and unwavering intrinsic value.

Life Transitions & Identity Development

Major life changes — a new career, a move, a relationship ending, a health diagnosis, becoming a parent — can unsettle even the most grounded person. Therapy can help you navigate these transitions with clarity and intention.

Adolescent & Young Adult Mental Health

I work with preteens (10+) and teens, as well as young adults navigating identity, peer relationships, school stress, and the challenges of growing up. I also offer parent consultation to support families in understanding and connecting with their young people.
